Change Delivery Address

Order Cancellations
Order cancellation is only possible if the order hasn’t already left the warehouse. If an order has already been mailed out, it must be received and then sent back to us.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If possible, please refuse the package from the courier if it has been damaged in transit and contact our customer support. If the package was delivered without you being there, please get in touch with customer care for the next steps.
