Handling Time & Delivery Time

• Order Handling Time: 1 to 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
• Order Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Mon-Fri)

Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped, it will include a tracking number allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you. You can track your order using your order number or tracking number. Change Delivery Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at support@valoremporium.com.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation is only possible if the order hasn’t already left the warehouse. If an order has already been mailed out, it must be received and then sent back to us.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If possible, please refuse the package from the courier if it has been damaged in transit and contact our customer support. If the package was delivered without you being there, please get in touch with customer care for the next steps.
